The Word 'Yoga' brings an Image of very flexible person doing a Headstand or some Impossible Pose. But the definition of Yoga is "Quieting the fluctuations of the Mind". We need to feel Good in our Minds and Bodies. In this Class we are going to focus on Breathwork, Meditation, Stretching, Strengthening and Posture.
So, look at your Own Mat and Clam your Mind.
