About Vasam

I have 8 years of experience as a Certified yoga practitioner & teacher, and I would love to share my experiences with you for your health and guide you towards achieving your optimum health outcomes. I will walk with you on your Yogic journey - whether you would like to practice meditation, work on your breathing, release your emotions, manage your stress, work on your physical balance, I am here to support you on your journey.

I am helping young girls and women managing their mental, emotional and physical health, especially when it comes around period and menopause.

Besides my passion, love, commitment and devotion to the concept and science of Yoga, I bring to you my skills, experiences, and knowledge in food and nutrition to assist in that space as well, that is well related to your health.

I use evidence-based tools, a holistic and person-centred approach that will serve you long-term - I assure you that you will develop tools, resilience and strength within you to help you heal, grow and become better a version of yourself. About the lesson

Yoga therapy tailored to specific health issues (e.g., headaches, back pain, menstrual pain, breathing issues, etc)

I teach everyone from beginners' level, aged from 15 years to beyond. A typical session will last for 1.5 hour. You will have a first session with me discussing your needs, challenges and what you want to achieve, and I will work with you through a series of regular sessions to help you get the outcomes you desire.
