As a tutor, I take a learner-centered approach that combines real-world application with cognitive psychology principles to ensure long-term comprehension and skill development. I design each session around the student's goals, adapting my teaching methods to their preferred learning style—whether that means visual walkthroughs, step-by-step problem-solving, or hands-on practice in tools like Figma or Notion. My Teaching Method: I apply scaffolding techniques and active recall to reinforce learning, while integrating real-case scenarios that mirror industry challenges. I use a blend of digital tools, structured templates, and interactive exercises to make complex topics approachable and engaging. Typical Lesson Plan: Warm-up & Review: Quick recap of previous concepts with Q&A Concept Deep-Dive: Guided walkthrough of today’s topic with applied examples Interactive Practice: Hands-on activities (e.g., Figma design, UX heuristics analysis, Notion system builds) Reflection & Feedback: Student articulates learnings; I offer actionable feedback Next Steps: Tailored homework or project assignment to reinforce learning What Sets Me Apart: With a background in UX design, psychology, and organizational development, I offer a multidisciplinary perspective that helps students not only do the work, but understand why it matters. I blend creativity with structure—delivering both emotional intelligence and systems thinking. Who the Lessons Are For: These sessions are ideal for: Undergraduate or graduate students studying psychology, UX/UI, or human-computer interaction Career changers or professionals transitioning into UX design or digital systems Entrepreneurs and creatives looking to apply behavioral science to product or brand strategy Beginners to intermediates seeking hands-on support in UX, Notion, Canva, or portfolio creation Let me know your learning goals, and we’ll build something meaningful together.
