About Merin
I have been practicing yoga for more than 10 years. What started as a hobby became a passion leading me to get my certification as a yoga teacher.
I love the meditation & physical stretching aspect that yoga provides. Also a big fan of using minimal props and toning yourself with your body's natural power.
In my class, we listen to our body and flow accordingly. My immense love for taking care of my body led me to yoga. Now let me guide you to love, nurture, and respect your body through the hidden magic of yoga!
