I offer Online Yoga for Beginners in Simple, approachable and structured formats for an easy start and a strong foundation in yoga. As not everyone comes to yoga from the same context. Instead of forcing one format, we offer different entry points.
My classes follow authentic approach and are beginner and time friendly.

I believe true wellness, or Swastha, is not merely the absence of disease. It is a state of being rooted in one’s true nature — swa (self) and stha (situated). It is about how stable, steady, and equanimous we can remain amid life’s inevitable ups and downs. This inner balance is the foundation for living in alignment with Dharma and progressing through life’s stages with clarity and integrity.
