About Victoria
I am passionate about health and wellness, and I also feel strongly about connecting with others. Yoga perfectly intertwines these aspects. I graduated from Oral Roberts University with a Health & Exercise degree, and I always knew I wanted to work in this field. I was also a dancer my whole life, which allowed me to be introduced to yoga at a young age. I hope to teach others what yoga has taught me as well as share the amazing benefits it provides for individuals health and wellness.

My typical yoga class involves breathing techniques that allow the body to switch from the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) into the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest). We will move through different asanas (yoga positions) that flow from one to the next. There will be strength building movement as well as soothing stretches allowing you to feel relaxed and rejuvenated after class.
