Namaste! I'm an internationally certified yoga teacher, who did training (RYT 200) from Mysore. I've been practicing yoga for many years but it's recently I got a hold of it. And now, I am not just practicing but also making people practice too.

Each of my classes focuses on both, physical as well as mental aspects of the body, as they both go hand in hand. As a result, at the end of the class, you will be energized, more relaxed, lighter & a lot calmer than before. The basic structure of the class: #1 Internalization #2 Warm-ups #3 Surya Namaskaras #4 Asanas #5 Externalization (of course there is Shavasana :) ) However, I make changes depending on the class and requirement. Note: All my classes are usually in English, however, I give some classes in Hindi too.

A must recommend tutor and a more sorted person, Anurag has the charm of interacting with anyone with such ease, you are bound to make an impression about him. A well versed French teacher and proficient yoga instructor.
