I am an internationally certified yoga teacher with 10 years of experience. I worked in Vietnam for more than 5 years as a certified yoga trainer. I have taught yoga to corporate, working individuals, elderly people and people with specific medical conditions. I regularly handle clients from the US, Canada, Germany and all parts of India. I prefer one to one teaching and concentrate on giving individual attention. Everyone's body is different and grasping power is different too so they have their own unique requirements. To be an effective teacher I believe in giving full attention to each of my clients and try to accommodate all of their requests.
Clear and detailed instructions for easy and doable yoga postures especially for beginners. Yoga not only gives you physical fitness but also keeps you mentally fit for working efficiently.
