I am a founder of five Elements Centre for Yoga, life counselling and Retreats in Gurugram in Haryana.
I specialize in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, and stress.
I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients and look forward to helping you.
I USE Best life practices from Ancient wisdom of Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Neuroscience, NLP ( Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Comprehensive Yoga Therapy and Raj Yoga.
