About Soungkyung

I have been learning Reformer Pilates for over 3 years and have been teaching at different studios in Perth, Australia. I love teaching and would like to assist my students in reaching their fitness goals and share the joy of learning Pilates.

About the lesson

I completed my reformer certificate through bodyathletica have been teaching in different studios in Perth Australia as a group reformer instructor. I have a true passion in teaching reformer Pilates because I have experienced the benefit myself from losing over 10kgs and getting good posture & balance, positive mindset.
I teach all levels and ages and my teaching style is contemporary Pilates.
I offer my lessons via webcam (if you have access to the reformer), or in person privately at the studio (should be organised by you) or at your home.
On your first 30 minutes lesson will include a free consultation to get to know each other and talk about your fitness goal etc.
For in person class, You must organise the place, Please inquire for the time to schedule.
