About Antoni

Passionate about sports for 20 years, in my quest for balance between physical development and the rhythm of daily life, I have discovered the magical influence of functional exercises and kettlebells.

I have accumulated 20 years of intense physical and athletic practice. My journey began with football, kick-boxing, and weightlifting. Today, my field of study extends to movement, yoga, breathing, and functional strength training.

Three years ago, I rediscovered the capacity of kettlebells to enhance my strength, mobility, and body awareness through dynamic and entertaining sessions. The kettlebell, a tool invented by the Russians, combines strength and mobility while simultaneously developing aerobic capacity, muscular endurance, and concentration.

I will show you just how comprehensive and essential the kettlebell is, especially for any athlete aspiring to achieve an ideal physique and remarkable strength and agility in everyday movements.

During my training sessions, I merge theory and practice by addressing aspects of strength, dynamism, breathing, and rhythm.

The aim of this course is to gradually guide you through the intricate complexity of movements with kettlebells.

Through this course, you will learn and master step by step the 6 fundamental exercises: the SWING, the CLEAN, the TGU (Turkish Get Up), the PRESS, and the SNATCH, in their logical progression.

My goal in each session is to introduce you to a new movement and integrate it into high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

A typical session will include:
→ Warm-up and opening of respiratory channels (~10 min)
⇾ Discovery of the movement of the day (theoretical part) (~10 min)
⇾ HIIT = 4 cycles of whole-body engaging exercises (~30 min)
⇾ Physical recovery and stretching (~10 min)

This course is designed for those who wish to enhance their body awareness and movement capacity. Through my classes, you will feel more skilled and confident in your daily life. It is particularly effective for gaining strength and maintaining a firm and mobile body.
