Yoga Alliance (US) Registered yoga teacher RYT500 with immense knowledge of hatha, Ashtanga, iyengar yoga and have great expertise in yoga anatomy, meditation,yoga philosophy, yoga therapy, ayurveda.
With a deep understanding of Ayurveda
and yoga philosophy, along with knowledge of anatomy, has allowed
myself to excel as a Yoga Therapist, providing holistic support to clients
