About Anjali
Hi, I’m Anjali — a certified RYT 200 yoga trainer and a passionate seeker on the yogic path. I'm currently pursuing BAMS (Ayurveda) and I blend my understanding of traditional healing with the physical and spiritual depth of yoga. My classes are rooted in simplicity, mindfulness, and self-connection. I love teaching short, effective micro flows. Let’s co-create a space that feels light, grounding, and deeply nourishing — for your body, mind, and soul.
