About Helene
Passionate about Ashtanga Yoga, I have been practicing for 5 years and am currently practicing the third series. I had the chance to deepen my learning in Mysore on three occasions, immersing myself in the authentic tradition of this practice. For two years, I assisted my teachers in Berlin, which allowed me to develop a teaching approach adapted to the needs of each student. I also followed training in Vinyasa and Yin, which enriches my way of teaching by bringing fluidity and awareness of the breath. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, I will help you build a stable, progressive practice adapted to your needs, with rigor and kindness.

I offer online Ashtanga Yoga classes, using the Mysore method, suitable for all levels. This unique format allows each student to practice at their own pace, with personalized adjustments and advice in real time.
