About Sheerin
I am a BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) doctor with a strong interest in yoga, naturopathy, nutrition and holistic wellness.
I believe health education becomes more meaningful when it is simple, practical and personalized. I enjoy sharing what I learn because I want people to better understand their bodies, develop healthier habits and feel more confident about taking care of their well-being.
Teaching also gives me the opportunity to learn from every individual I work with. My aim is to create a comfortable space where students can learn, ask questions and make gradual, sustainable changes according to their own needs and goals.
