I am eager to share what I have learned and achieved after years of practise. I believe the world of yoga sadhana is magical and one who will walk this path will witness its powers and will be able to notice drastic changes in the way of living and thinking. The practise goes beyond the word yoga and that is what I want to share. I can teach in 4 languages (English, Hindi, Gujarati & Punjabi.)
