As a pro athlete yoga has helped me with not only physical limitations but mental limitation I’ve been to many of Neo’s classes and each time I leave, I leave feeling zen and present and a step closer to my personal goals. With a wide variety of flows suitable to all people with different abilities her classes do not discriminate. Neo is an amazing and talented yoga teacher, she is very passionate and hard working and is great at guiding you through all the poses. Neo is kind and compassionate and lovely to all definitely my favourite yoga teacher I’ve had!!
