About Aristide
After yoga literally transformed my life in an incredibly positive way, I decided a few years ago to devote myself to this practice that nourishes both the body and the mind. Graduated in Hatha yoga in Rishikesh and having followed profound teaching during my many travels in India, I wish to help and give others the chance to know the way of development and well-being.

I adapt my teaching needs according to the different level, ability and what the person needs most to progress physically or mentally. My classes usually take place starting with heating of the joints followed by a more or less dynamic sequence to move towards postures that hold it for a certain time with if necessary use of accessories for a good alignment and a patique without risk. And to finish a short relaxation or if necessary breathing exercises and meditation. All this to the rhythm of each one in a serene and benevolent atmosphere. Practicing meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) that directly affect the mind, I can if necessary give courses focused solely on relaxation breathing or meditation.
