About Amaranta
Graduated from Vinyasa Yoga School in Rishikesh, India and trained as a ballet dancer. More than 8 years of international experience as a yoga teacher, mainly on the line of Vinyasa and Power Vinyasa, in Bali, Japan, France, Morocco, Sweden and Mexico.

I What type of yoga? I All my courses are different and adapted according to the level. I mainly teach Vinyasa, a dynamic yoga where breathing and movement are intimately linked. Power Vinyasa is a style very geared towards physical benefits, it adds to the traditional postures of yoga, fitness movements and Pilates. In my Power Vinyasa lessons we use something called "Ladder Flow", that is, a series that we develop throughout the course. We start with two postures and at each repetition we add one or two movements to create a "moving meditation". IA what audience are my courses aimed at? I I teach at all levels and to all audiences: beginner, intermediate and advanced men / women. I speak English, Spanish, French, Italian and a little Japanese.
