About Pauline
Yoga teacher and dietitian, I trained as a teacher in Thailand in Yoga Alignment and my dietitian training in France. Passionate about the therapeutic side of Yoga, I learned how it helps to regain health, calm the mind and manage stress. The objective of my classes is to reconnect with your body, with your breath, and to be more present with yourself. I became a Yoga teacher with the desire to share my experience, bring back serenity, in order to build together a world based on kindness.

Each private class is adapted to you and your needs at the moment. I also teach Vinyasa, Hatha or Yin Yoga to vary the sessions and work on different aspects of Yoga. We will work together on Asanas (postures), pranayama exercises (breathing exercises) and relaxation. Each session will allow you to strengthen, stretch, meditate and learn to breathe well! During the first meeting, we will determine together your goals and your desires. My lessons are suitable for all levels. I work regularly with beginners so don't worry!

• 100 CHF for weekdays and during the day for 1 person
+ 50 CHF / additional person up to 2 people
• 120 CHF for classes after 6pm and Saturday
+ 60 CHF / additional person up to 2 people
Package: 5 sessions (valid for 2 months): - 5%
10 sessions (valid for 4 months): - 10%
15 sessions (valid for 6 months): -15%
30 sessions (valid for 12 months): - 20%
All session not canceled 48 hours in advance is due.
