About Arushi
For over 6 years, I have guided people through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and embodiment practices that help them reconnect with themselves.
Rooted in a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and a Master's degree in Sanskrit, my approach combines ancient wisdom with modern understanding.
My classes are welcoming, grounded, and adaptable, supporting everyone from complete beginners to experienced practitioners on their unique journey.
