I have worked with children, adults, seniors, and beginners, helping them build strength, flexibility, confidence, and inner peace through yoga. I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. My teaching style is patient, supportive, and personalized, ensuring every student progresses at their own pace.
