I am a former software engineer with 10 years of experience in IT industry. I quit that life for my love for yoga and mindfulness. I'm also certified yoga instructor. I take one on one or group sessions. My hobbies involve music. I sing and play the guitar and piano.

About the lesson

My classes are progressive. You will see changes in your body and mind both over a period of time. You will learn new techniques and poses with every class and will get stronger
in mind and body at a consistent rate without stressing your body too much.
