About Lucia

I have been a yoga teacher since 2014, and my journey with this practice began as a personal search for balance and meaning. Over time, it transformed into a deep vocation to accompany others on their own journeys. I have pursued ongoing training and combine experience, sensitivity, and active listening to create safe, respectful, and transformative spaces. I share my knowledge because I believe in the power of yoga to improve quality of life, strengthen the body, and bring mental and emotional clarity in an increasingly demanding world.

About the lesson

My yoga classes are designed with a holistic approach that combines mindful movement, breathwork, presence, and personal development. I integrate traditional yoga tools with modern practices, adapting each session to the level and needs of each student. The classes include mobility, strength training, relaxation, and inner connection. They are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and also for those seeking well-being, emotional balance, and a reconnection with their bodies in a nurturing and personalized space.
