About Elena
I’m a certified RYT 200 Yoga & Wellness Instructor with international teaching experience in Dubai, working with both private clients and groups. I’m also trained in Meditation & Pranayama and qualified in Nutrition.
My journey with yoga goes beyond physical practice. I believe in creating a supportive space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and develop a deeper awareness of their body and mind.
I enjoy working with people of different ages, backgrounds and fitness levels, and I always adapt my approach to the individual rather than expecting the student to adapt to yoga.
My experience includes private sessions, group classes, wellness events and retreats. I bring together movement, breath and mindfulness to help my students build a sustainable practice that supports their everyday life and well-being.

My lessons are personalized to each student’s level, goals and physical abilities. I combine Hatha Yoga, mobility, mindful movement, pranayama and meditation to create a balanced practice for both body and mind.
A typical session includes a gentle warm-up, asana practice, mobility and strength work, followed by breathing techniques and relaxation or meditation.
As an RYT 200 certified instructor with additional training in Meditation & Pranayama and Nutrition, I take a holistic approach to well-being.
My classes are suitable for beginners and experienced students who want to improve flexibility, strength, mobility, reduce stress and develop a consistent yoga practice. Each session is adapted to your individual needs and progress.
