About Carolina
Yoga served as a tool for the 14-year-old Carolina to look at herself with care, affection and to perceive her body, her presence and her interaction with the world. It was the best method of self-knowledge that I could find in adolescence and in the peak of questioning typical of that period. Today, a decade later, I am a yoga and movement instructor and I dedicate my time to creating a practice that offers these same benefits to my students.

Yoga is amazing, it gives us tools to live better in the present, and manage our emotions. It makes us aware of who we are and where we are in the world.
The yoga class lasts 1 hour and has moments of asanas (postures), relaxation and pranayamas (breathing exercises) that are carefully structured taking into account the particularities of the student/class.
I offer virtual, in-person, groups, gyms or personalized yoga classes.
