About Casey
I adjust my practice to your needs! We all have a certain capacity when it comes to our physical limits (at first) and I make sure that we practice in a way that feels safe. Not only do I enjoy teaching yoga as a way to ground into our bodies, I also am a writer and speaker on social media! I have a podcast where I speak about all things health related from mental health, emotional, physical and spiritual, because they all intertwine! I am passionate about inner child healing because of my own journey navigating limiting beliefs, nervous system dysregulation, and ingrained ways of being that led me to cycling through similar experiences of suffering. I realized that how we move in the world has a lot to do with how our caretakers moved, as well as, the programming of the systems in place that try to confine us and limit us!

I have restorative approach during my sessions. I love incorporating empowering affirmations that build confidence and self-worth. My approach is all about healing our limiting beliefs about ourselves and the world, as well as, feeling confident and stable within the vessels we have been given!
In a world that has become so distracted and disconnected, it's so important we learn how to feel safe within our bodies and connected, so we move throughout the world with self-autonomy and feeling of liberation! I teach individuals how to regulate their nervous systems and own their power!
