About María
I am a certified Ashtanga yoga teacher, I took a course in London on Mindfulness coach, I have been practicing yoga for three years and two years teaching in different studios. I have practiced with people from different parts of the world and my passion is to help people find that connection between their body, mind and spirit.

Classes will start from the basics you need to know to practice yoga, including practice sessions for asanas, pranayama (breathing), meditation, and philosophy. They will last from an hour to an hour and a half. If your practice is more advanced I will be able to adapt the classes according to the personal or group level.
