I am a part-time yoga teacher and passionate about yoga and my students. My intention as a yoga teacher is to uplift people through Yoga. Yoga is more of a work in than a work out. I use concepts of breathing techniques, meditation, basic foundation principles of getting into a pose and holding a pose in the right form.
