Hi there! My name is Mariela.
I have been guiding yoga practices for a year. I am a psychology student and I need other income to support my studies.
Yoga represents a large part of my life and I am passionate about sharing tools of this beautiful philosophy that are as beneficial for the mind as they are for the body.

I like to do a fusion of hatha yoga and yin yoga by creating the Yin-Yang yoga class.
This class succeeds in incorporating the balance of a body focus on joints, bones and ligaments as well as muscular work. Focused on the presence and connection with the body, giving the student a space for relaxation of mind and body.
