About Patrick
I am a 250 hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher, I practice and teach Power Yoga, Vinyasa and Hatha. I approached yoga a few years ago in the United States and since then the passion for this wonderful discipline has always grown, becoming today my job and, above all, a lifestyle. I have worked for years in large companies and I know very well the incredible workload and the physical and mental stress that derives from it, in this Yoga can be really helpful, reconnecting body and mind and helping the practitioner to focus only on the present moment.
