My yoga classes are structured based on the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of each person. I place special emphasis on yoga breathing and physical techniques to avoid injury. In case of pre-existing injuries, work hand in hand with physiotherapists. In prenatal yoga, pelvic floor work and breathing are essential.
