About Ananda
I grew up around yoga (my parents practised it daily) and their passion inspired me to travel to India to learn it for myself. Yoga changed my life, helping me heal both my body as well as my mind. Since then, I’ve been on a mission to help others find that same balance, strength, and peace that yoga has given me.
