About Chloe
I have been practicing yoga for 14 years and have been teaching for about 2. My training has been based in principles of alignment and how that looks for each individual body. No two bodies are the same and no two yoga practices are the same. My goal is to always empower practitioners in their own bodies, however that may look. I believe that yoga is about much more than just the physical practice, the asana, and I love guiding practitioners through the other elements such as breath practices and meditation when they are ready. My goal is to make the practice work for you!

My teaching method is based on the principles of alignment, but that looks different for every body so my goal is to make the practice work for you, wherever you are. I start with a free 30 minute consultation so we can get to know each other a bit and discuss goals, current level, past injuries and other physical, emotional and spiritual needs. I truly believe that yoga is a powerful practice that can meet any practitioner right where they are. I am trained and certified in several modalities including vinyasa and restorative. I also teach meditations, breath practices and the philosophy of yoga.
