About Christina
I’m a certified Yoga Āchārya and Yoga Vaidya (Yoga Therapist), trained in traditional yoga schools in India. I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the most revered yoga masters of our time, and my teaching is rooted in the classical tradition — gentle, mindful, and deeply personal.
My goal as a teacher is simple: to pass on the wisdom I’ve received from my teachers to help you experience true well-being — physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Yoga is a deeply personal tool for enhancing your well-being. In my classes, you’ll experience yoga tailored to you — your breath, spine, mind, and health needs. Age, gender, or flexibility don’t matter. If you can breathe, you can do yoga.

Christina is just fantastic. She's been my yoga teacher for over a year now, I am so grateful for that. My physical and mental well-being are at such a better place now because of her. She is not just my yoga teacher, she is my guru, friend, sister, well wisher and more. She is the best!
Christina Francis is an amazing yoga teacher and person to have a conversation with as she’s intuitively healing and well meaning. Yoga sessions with her are both rewinding and relaxing initially as she focuses on her students well being, eventually lead to be motivated to do better. I would recommend her classes for anyone looking to improve themselves in every way.
