About Buddy
I am passionate about teaching and sharing knowledge.
The best way of learning is sharing and inspiring one to become best human physically, mentally and spiritually.
I have learned about the different styles of yoga, such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Bikram, and many others. Each style has its unique focus, intensity, and sequence of postures. I have also studied the anatomy and physiology of the body, which is crucial in understanding how yoga affects the body and mind.
Overall, my knowledge and understanding of yoga have allowed me to appreciate the practice and its many benefits.
