Perfect! I've been doing yoga with Kush for a long time and he has really helped improve my overall health and wellbeing.
His classes are fully customised to an individual's body, ability and goals. Furthermore, he adapts each session as per how the student is feeling on a physical, mental and emotional level. His knowledge is rare to find and his intuitiveness makes each class even more effective.

It was a wonderful experience. He is a great teacher! Efficient and helpful at all times.
I've been astonished by the high standards of teaching yoga by kush. He's just no well versed with his technical knowledge but he's also a very good teacher. I would definitely look forward for more classes in near future.
