About Neha Rastogi
Hii.. I'm Neha Rastogi and I'm a Yoga instructor and a Healer. I did my Master in Yogic science from University of patanjali Haridwar in 2018 and Ttc Sound healing from Rishikesh. I have been taking classes for last 5years.
I'm here because I want to share my knowledge and heal people from different type of pressures like stress, Anxiety, Deperession as well as physical issues.

Hii.. I'm Neha Rastogi
In my yoga sessions I focus ion individually, taking care of health issues and try to cure them with Yoga and Shatkarma. I always deal according to my clients requirements and make sure my clients stay motivated and satisfied towards yoga practice.
In my sessions I always practice Suryanamaskara from Hathyoga as well as Ashtangayoga which focuses on strength and flexibility both in the end of the yoga session I make sure to practice meditation and relaxation for better experience.
You can also make your yoga journey more efficietive by practicing sound healing sessions.
