About Mauricio
I have been a personal trainer for 2 years of men and women (teenagers and adults). Experience in hypertrophy training, bodybuilding and nutrition with emphasis on calisthenics. Experience in mobility and elasticity training. My students have achieved a good increase in strength, lower percentages of fat or gain muscle mass (depending on the objective).
