About Sanjana
I am Sanjana
Basically from Mysore (yoga capital) moved to Bangalore 5 years ago.
I have been practicing yoga from past 12 years and I have been teaching frompast years .
I did my TTC (RYT 200) in hatha and vinyasa yoga from aayana yoga academy.
I am experienced in taking corporate , studio ,personal, desk yoga and online sessions. She conducts hatha, vinyasa, alignment, pranayama and meditation classes.
I strongly believe that you have the key to keep your body in control and stay healthy. Yoga makes it easier and also yoga will keep you calm and help you make better decisions.

I have been practicing yoga from 12 years and have been teaching from past 5 years.
I keep my classes interesting with each session completely different from the other.
Classes will be beginner to advance level, depending upon your level and they are going to be challenging and super fun.
I believe anything can be achieved with passion and regular practice.
