About Uswa
Uswa completed her 200hr certification in Nepal under Dr. Chintamani Gautum. Her style is classical yoga (hatha, some vinyasa flows). For Uswa the spiritual core of yoga is important so yoga continues off the mat!
Due to physical and mental trauma at some point during our lives, we find our bodies and minds unsafe and learn to withdraw from one or both. Uswa aims through her teaching to invite people to truly inhabit their bodies and minds, healing the body-mind as a unity. Let's give back to ourselves our sacred abodes.

I offer plenty of modifications for every skill and experience level to make it easy!
Instructions are in depth and clear, however if you prefer less instruction or silent yoga just inform start of session!
Yogic wisdom, life lessons and deep thoughts complimentary!
Relaxing in yoga is taken seriously in my sessions so expect generous amount of recovery/ passive time and long savasan/corpse pose!
