Hi. I am Shivani, a yoga therapist and scholar from India. My Specialties are:

I am PhD in yoga with 8 years of teaching experience, gold medalist in my field and also a certified YCB therapist by government of India.

Teaching yoga to people and help get their desired goals makes me happy and inspire me to move ahead to change more lives for better.

As a Gold Medalist and a YCB-Level 4 certified therapist, I have spent years mastering the physical discipline of Asana. As a PhD Scholar and holder of a Master's degree in Yogic Sciences, I understand the profound biomechanical and physiological science behind every movement and breath.
My teaching style is patient, highly detailed, and tailored strictly to your abilities—whether you are an absolute beginner wanting to learn safely, or an advanced practitioner looking to refine complex postures.
What Training With Me looks like?
Initial Assessment: First session with me is all about knowing you and your rhythm. Each session from here on are 50 to 80 minutes.
Expert Alignment & Safety: Learn exactly how to move your body safely to avoid injury and maximise benefits, guided by a Master of Yoga Therapy.
Authenticity: Experience true Indian yoga, incorporating Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathwork), and Dhyana (meditation).
Results-Oriented: Every practice session is tailored towards your goals and achieving tangible improvements.

PhD Scholar in Yoga (Ongoing research in yogic sciences)
M.Sc. in Yogic Sciences (Advanced clinical application)
Gold Medalist in Various Yoga Competitions and masters (Proven physical mastery and strong theoretical base)
