About Jessica
I have experience as a substitute, TEFL, and After school teacher.
My classes have ranged from as little as 5 children to as much as 15.
I believe that learning should occur in different contexts and circumstances and that everyone can learn.
The classroom environment may inhibit or encourage learning on each student’s learning style.
I think that instructors install many learning habits to their students and that I am supposed to show my students my expertise and knowledge in order for them to have the will to learn.

My teaching philosophy involves creating an environment that supports supervision and exploration.
My View Regarding Student’s Role in Education:
I believe that students should be responsible members of the classroom environment. Students should discover skills and practice them in authentic situations, express deep love and respect for themselves and their environment and show respect for their peers and teachers.
My Role as a Teacher in Education:
I believe that I can create an atmosphere that promotes learning.
Fostering learning means the demonstration of feelings to my students.
I trust that the creation of a relaxed environment for my students; stimulation of conversation regarding presented concepts and organization of materials in an understandable manner would encourage their learning.
I conclude that the demonstration of respect for my students would encourage openness to the presented material and inspire respect for their colleagues.
