About Smriti
I am a certified Yoga instructor under yoga alliance, USA. I have done my ttc from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai. I have been practising yoga passionately for the last 14+ years and have professional experience of 5+ years. I won the title of ALL ASSAM STATE CHAMPIONSHIP consecutively in 2009 &2010 and i was also a participant of NATIONAL YOGA CHAMPIONSHIP at year 2010 & 2013. From 2016-2019 i was a instructor at a Bank Association and from the last 1 year i am taking my own online class with students all across the globe.
