I am a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with 9 years of industry experience in the area of Company & Regulatory Laws affairs, Secretarial Compliance Management, Accounts, Finance and Taxation. Presently i am also working as a Company Secretary in Practice in Delhi.

I used to teach with flowchart technique with highlighting key words or phrases of the topic / chapter, so that there should always be a clue in the mind of students while attempting the answer for a given question out of that topic / chapter. To understand the law it is important to understand the legal terminology as well. Further, My teaching methodology is based on practical aspect of the subject rather than theoretical aspect.
