About Labada

I have been teaching students between 12 and 22 years old for more than seven years. I taught different levels. I used to teach large classes, about 70 students in the classrooms. My main concern is to make the students be able to efficiently speak and write in the language by the end of each course. I have been praised by most of my students as well as the inspectors who attended my class presentations. Some of my students where accepted in working positions after they excelled in their language competences' interviews.

About the lesson

My name is Labada Mini. I am from Mauritania, an Arabic country located on the North West of Africa on the Atlantic Ocean. I used to be EFL and Arabic teacher in my country. I was selected by FULBRIGHT program to study in the USA in 2015. I used to teach different levels such as secondary and high levels. I can teach the for skills of the language (reading, writing, speaking and listening). I prefer using Competency Based approach for teaching language, but i also use the Teacher Centered Approach if needed as complementary way of making the students understand better.
