About Soumya

I'm student at UoA and also work as a TA for IT subject. I aim to focus on inner well being and growth. I have spent time in meditation centres and have well equipped knowledge to guide you through your inner growth.

About the lesson

Minimum two hours required.
You will learn basics and will be able to practice on own.
If you wish to learn more advanced, need to enroll yourself in those sessions.
We aim to create well being in society and focus on inner growth.
