About Jeannie

I specialise in genre styling across pop, classical, and musical theatre, alongside focused work on microphone technique and head and chest voice. Mastering pitch control and diction is essential, though I always keep the vocabulary plain until the idea lands. Having completed my Master of Music in Vocal Studies at the Royal Academy of Music, I understand the pressure of international study.

About the lesson

How do you feel when you hear your own voice recordings? I check understanding constantly in small ways rather than testing at the end, pacing the session so we only add proper names once you grasp the concept.

My approach prioritises your growth through breathing and warm-up exercise notes that I provide for free. Whether we are tackling exam preparation or refining articulation, I ensure you have clear foundations.

I rely on my training from the Royal Academy of Music to help you navigate technical hurdles. You will receive 6.0 units of concentrated focus per session.

My ears are sharp to every nuance of your performance. I will guide you through the complexities of breath support and stamina. We stay clear of dense theory until the physical sensation is locked in. Let us refine your sound together during our time.
