About Valerie
I have been doing bookkeeping, accounting and auditing for the last 56 years. I have ran a number of businesses in my lifetime as well as working full-time for both the private and public sectors. I earned my Certified Management Accounting designation and then I became a Chartered Professional Accountant. Because of my desire to teach others, I started taking courses to earn my Teacher and Training Certificate, having completed two courses with three more to finish. I am very interested in helping others learn and excel.

I have extensive knowledge and experience in bookkeeping, accounting and auditing as well as business. I worked for CRA for 30 years and I have been operating my own accounting practice for the last 10 years. I have completed two of the five mandatory courses to earn my Training and Teaching Certificate with Durham College. I am interested in tutoring online.
