About Stephanie

Hello, I'm Steph and hopefully, I'll be your new yoga teacher.

I have 5 years of experience teaching all around the world. My journey first started in Melbourne, Australia and since then I have welcomed lots of wonderful students from all backgrounds start their yoga journey. I can confidently teach in both English and French.

I have experience teaching in a studio, in homes and online, so please, let me know what suits you best.

About the lesson

Unique and creative classes set in a calming environment.

In my classes, you can be assured that your needs will be catered for through detailed and safe sequences suitable to fit your level of yoga.

Each class will consist of meditation, yoga sequencing and effective breathing exercises to help you throughout our lessons together.

Classes are follow a six-week course programme designed to help unite your body and mind.

Perfect! Stef is a thoughtful and knowledgeable yoga instructor. She is engaging and took me through a very enjoyable challenging Vinyasa flow. She listened to my needs and then shaped the practice for which i am grateful as so many instructors jump straight in without listening.

Zoom virtual sessions work very well and she is well set up, which is often half the battle n making this kind of learning a success

I look forward to spending more time on the mat developing my practice with Stef.

Details

First lesson will consist of a chat to discuss how what your needs are and how you can benefit from my classes.

Classes will consist of effective meditation exercises, breath work and yoga sequencing with calming music in the background.

Classes will use props such as yoga blocks, mats and bolsters, yoga straps and soundbowls to help enhance student performance.

SHOULD STUDENTS CONSENT, then we will incorporate essential oils to help stimulate senses during meditation. I have found in the past, that certain oils help students relieve themselves from stress and anxiety during meditation.
